Your pillow is designed to be adjustable and easy to care for. Follow these tips to keep it fresh and comfortable.
Adjustability
The pillow is adjustable. You can remove shredded memory foam from the upper chamber to customize the height and firmness to your comfort.
Care Instruction
The pillow cover is removable and machine washable. Wash on a gentle cycle using cool water, then air dry.
Foam Handling
Please do not wash the shredded memory foam or the base foam. Only the outer cover is washable.

Back Sleeping
Sleep in the center of the pillow where it’s most flexible. The gentle indentation cradles your head and supports a natural, aligned position.
Side Sleeping
Sleep on either side of the pillow. The thicker edges support the space between your neck and shoulder, helping keep your spine in a neutral position.
